Insert options
Polyester insert — a budget-friendly, low-maintenance option.
Duck feather insert — a premium option: soft, conforming support with that luxurious V-shaped chop in the centre.
Note: duck feather inserts may have a natural, earthy scent. To minimise any odour, air the insert out in a well-ventilated or sunlit area for a few days.

A designer cushion in a silver zig-zag pattern, available with a Polyester or Duck Feather insert — see this page for size details.
Polyester holds a fuller shape with zero upkeep; duck feather gives the soft, plump finish stylists favour and re-fluffs with a shake. Feather is the luxury pick for display cushions.
Let it echo the cool metallics in the room — polished silver frames, chrome lamps, mirrored trays — and support it with plains so the zig-zag leads.
Spot-clean with mild detergent and follow the care label — decorative covers prefer gentle hand washing or dry cleaning.

Material & Care Guide
◆ Materials — Rugs
|
Pile: Premium polyester, viscose, wool blend, or jute fibre (varies by collection). Construction: Hand-tufted, machine-made, or flatweave depending on the collection. Backing: Anti-slip latex or hessian backing for grip and durability on hard floors and carpet. Sizes: Available in a range of sizes — see product listing for specific dimensions. |
◆ Materials — Designer Cushions
|
Cover: Velvet, linen, boucle, or printed fabric cover (varies by style) with concealed zip closure. Fill: Premium polyester fibre fill or feather-blend inner (varies by product) for a plush, full appearance. Sizes: Standard 45x45cm and 50x50cm, with lumbar options available. |
◆ Care Instructions — Rugs
|
Vacuum regularly — at least once a week in high-traffic areas. Use a low-suction setting for delicate pile rugs. Rotate your rug 180 degrees every 6 months to distribute wear and fading evenly. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub or scrub, which can damage the fibres. For deeper cleaning, use a mild rug shampoo and cold water. Allow to dry completely before replacing furniture. Use a quality rug underlay to prevent slipping and extend the life of the rug. Professional rug cleaning recommended every 12-18 months for high-traffic rugs. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — UV exposure fades rug colours over time. |
◆ Care Instructions — Cushions
|
Remove the cushion cover and machine wash on a gentle cool cycle — do not tumble dry. Air dry flat. For velvet covers: hand wash cold or dry clean only. Steam to restore pile. Plump and reshape cushion fills regularly to maintain a full, luxurious appearance. Spot clean the outer cover with a damp cloth and mild detergent if full washing is not required. Store spare cushions in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. |
