I had a great experience with this company. I purchased a sofa for my living room, and unfortunately one piece arrived damaged. I contacted their customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement without any hassle, delivered the new sofa in perfect condition, and collected the damaged one at the same time. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. Excellent customer service and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!
This business is amazing. I fell in love with 2 gold and black marble "Chelsea" side tables. I was unable to contact the Braybrook store so I called the Sydney office. The person to whom I spoke was polite, helpful, friendly and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. He arranged for the Truginina store to contact me and within a few minutes a person from that store called. Another amazing person who was equally as polite, professional and helpful as the person in the Sydney store. Nothing was too much effort for either of them to do to help me secure the tables (the stock was almost gone). 2 days later my tables have arrived and they are everything I had hoped for and more. And, once again, the staff who delivered the tables were fantastic. 5 stars for the staff (store and delivery) and 5 stars for the tables!! This is my first experience with EC. It most definitely will not be the last!!!!
I had communications (phone and texts) with staff members at both the Sydney store and the Truganina store regarding some bedside tables that I very much wanted to purcase. The website indicated that stocks were low so I wasn't optimistic that I would be able to get them. The staff were amazing! Polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort for them to ensure that I successfully secured the tables. The delivery gents were equally amazing. Dealing with EC has been one of my best shopping experiences. I cannot praise the staff and the product I bought enough. Well done. I will be back!
