If you’re located outside metropolitan Melbourne or Sydney, or you’d like to confirm delivery availability and costs for your postcode before purchasing, please email us at info@elegantcollections.com.au with your suburb, postcode and the item(s) you’re interested in. We’ll come back to you with accurate freight costs and timeframes before you place your order.
Please note: not all products in our range are available for delivery to all areas of Australia. Metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney delivery is available on most items within 7 business days. For regional Victoria, regional NSW and all other states, please enquire before purchasing so we can confirm options and costs.

How quickly will I receive a response to my email?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one business day. During peak periods (public holidays, sale events), response times may extend to two business days. For urgent matters, calling your nearest showroom directly is always the fastest option.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you have questions about an existing order, please email info@elegantcollections.com.au with your order number and we’ll update you promptly.
I’m not sure which product is right for my space — can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-store team at all four showrooms are trained to help you find the right piece for your specific room — including dimensions, colour matching and styling advice. If you can’t visit in person, email us with photos of your space and we’ll do our best to guide you from afar. Visiting a showroom is always the most accurate way to assess what works.
I received a damaged item — what do I do?
Please inspect all goods upon delivery and email info@elegantcollections.com.au immediately if you notice any damage. Include your order number, photos of the damage and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will assess the situation and work with you on the next steps in line with our Warranty & Claims procedure.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. For full details on conditions, exclusions and the returns process, please visit our Refund Policy page.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. All Elegant Collections products include a standard manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer an optional extended 5-Year Guardsman Protection Plan covering accidental damage and material care for fabric, leather and vegan leather products. Can I purchase in store and organise delivery later?
Yes. Our in-store team can process your order and arrange delivery at a date and time that suits you. Metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney delivery is available on most products within 7 business days. For items not currently in stock, our team will advise estimated timeframes at point of purchase.
I have a question about a pre-order product — who do I contact?
For questions about pre-order availability, estimated arrival dates or pre-order deposits, please call your nearest showroom directly or email info@elegantcollections.com.au with your query and order number (if applicable).
Do you offer trade or interior designer pricing?
