  Care Instructions — Rugs

Vacuum regularly — at least once a week in high-traffic areas. Use a low-suction setting for delicate pile rugs.

Rotate your rug 180 degrees every 6 months to distribute wear and fading evenly.

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub or scrub, which can damage the fibres.

For deeper cleaning, use a mild rug shampoo and cold water. Allow to dry completely before replacing furniture.

Use a quality rug underlay to prevent slipping and extend the life of the rug.

Professional rug cleaning recommended every 12-18 months for high-traffic rugs.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — UV exposure fades rug colours over time.

  Care Instructions — Cushions

Remove the cushion cover and machine wash on a gentle cool cycle — do not tumble dry. Air dry flat.

For velvet covers: hand wash cold or dry clean only. Steam to restore pile.

Plump and reshape cushion fills regularly to maintain a full, luxurious appearance.

Spot clean the outer cover with a damp cloth and mild detergent if full washing is not required.

Store spare cushions in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
