The arch is one of architecture's oldest design gestures — a shape that simultaneously frames, opens and elevates whatever surrounds it. The Metal Arch Mirror brings that same quality to your interior. Crafted with a slim 1cm aluminium frame in either matte Black or polished Gold, this full length arch mirror does something remarkable for a piece of its scale: it makes a room feel larger, lighter and more considered, all at once.
Available in 4 sizes — from a compact Small (80x100cm) to a commanding X-Large (100x200cm), including a versatile free-standing floor mirror option — this is the arch mirror Australian homes and interior designers have been searching for. At Elegant Collections, it's one of our most consistently popular wall mirrors, and once you see it in a room, you'll understand why.
Where does an arch mirror work best in a home?
Arch mirrors are incredibly versatile. In a bedroom, the X-Large wall-mounted creates a full-length dressing mirror with genuine architectural presence. In an entryway, it creates an immediate impression and bounces light into what is often the darkest area of a home. In a living room positioned opposite a window, it reflects natural light and makes the entire space feel larger.
Which finish — Black or Gold — is more versatile?
Both are highly popular for different reasons. Black suits contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors — it recedes into the wall while the arch shape does the work. Gold suits warmer, more glamorous or Hamptons-style spaces and adds a luxurious finish that photographs strikingly.
Can the X-Large be used as a floor mirror?
The X-Large (100x200cm) is designed for wall-mounting. For a free-standing floor mirror, the dedicated 50x170cm Free Standing variant comes with the appropriate support mechanism for leaning safely against a wall.
Is delivery available across Australia?
Yes — postal delivery is available to major Australian cities. Melbourne and Sydney customers can also arrange local delivery or pickup. Contact us for regional or remote area quotes.
The Metal Arch Mirror is on display at our Melbourne and Sydney showrooms in both Black and Gold. Come and see how the arch shape transforms a room in person.

Mirrors — Framed, LED & Free-Standing
Material & Care Guide
◆ Materials — Framed Wall Mirrors
|
Mirror glass: High-clarity float glass with a silver backing for true, distortion-free reflection. Frame: Resin, MDF, or metal frame in your selected finish — hand-finished for consistency. Hanging: D-ring wall fixings and picture wire included. Suitable for plasterboard and solid walls with appropriate fixings. |
◆ Materials — LED Mirrors
|

Warm white, cool white, or adjustable colour temperature (varies by model). Frame: Slim frameless or thin metal frame for a clean, contemporary look. Power: Hardwired or plug-in connection (see individual product). Compatible with standard Australian power points. |
◆ Materials — Free-Standing Mirrors
|
Mirror glass: Full-length high-clarity glass for accurate head-to-toe reflection. Stand: Solid timber or powder-coated metal stand with adjustable tilt mechanism. Base: Weighted base for freestanding stability. Non-slip feet included. |
◆ Care Instructions — All Mirrors
|
Always spray glass cleaner onto a lint-free or microfibre cloth — never spray directly onto the mirror surface. Wipe in gentle circular or straight motions — avoid harsh pressure which can cause micro-scratches. Never use abrasive cloths, steel wool, or scouring pads on mirror glass. For LED mirrors: switch the unit OFF before cleaning. Avoid moisture near the electrical components. Avoid excessive moisture or steam near mirror edges — prolonged exposure can cause the silver backing to deteriorate. Wipe frames with a dry cloth. For metal frames, a very slightly damp cloth is acceptable. For free-standing mirrors: check the stand tension and tighten periodically to maintain your preferred tilt angle. Wall fixing: ensure the mirror is anchored to a wall stud or appropriate fixing for the mirror's weight. |
