Modular Lounge Collection

Pair with: a marble coffee table | a luxury rug | designer cushions & throws | an ottoman.

Visit our Melbourne showrooms or Sydney showroom and sit before you decide — the depth and firmness of a modular is something you can only judge in person. Open 7 days, no appointment needed.

How to Choose a Modular Lounge That Fits

Measure the room, then subtract: A modular should occupy no more than two thirds of the wall it sits against. Leave at least 45cm of walkway around its open sides, and 35–45cm between the seat edge and your coffee table.

Chaise direction: "Left-facing" and "right-facing" describe the chaise position as you look at the lounge. Decide based on your room's traffic flow — the chaise should point away from doorways and walkways, not into them. Many of our designs have reversible or movable chaise modules, so you're not locked in.

Check the access, not just the room: Because modulars arrive in separate modules, they pass through doorways, hallways and stairwells that defeat a full-size traditional lounge. Still, measure your narrowest access point against the largest single module dimension on the product page before ordering.

Depth matters most: Standard seat depth (55–65cm) suits upright sitting and smaller rooms. Deep seats (70cm+) are made for lounging with your legs up — luxurious, but check they suit shorter household members too.

Velvet, Fabric or Boucle?

Velvet brings richness and light-play, and modern velvets are far more durable than their reputation. Boucle adds sculptural texture that suits contemporary, curved silhouettes. Fabric weaves are the quiet achievers — forgiving, family-friendly, and easy to live with. If you're torn, visit a showroom and run your hand over all three.
