The Gallery Wall, Done Properly

Plan on the floor: Lay your pieces out on the floor and photograph the arrangement before a single hook goes in. Rearranging on carpet is free; rearranging on plaster isn't.

The spacing rule: 5–8cm between frames — close enough to read as one composition, far enough to let each piece breathe.

Anchor and build: Start with your favourite piece at eye level (centre roughly 155–160cm from the floor) and build outward.

Odd numbers: Three or five pieces read as curated; four reads as a grid — both work, but choose deliberately.
