Vacuum regularly — at least once a week in high-traffic areas. Use a low-suction setting for delicate pile rugs. Rotate your rug 180 degrees every 6 months to distribute wear and fading evenly. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub or scrub, which can damage the fibres. For deeper cleaning, use a mild rug shampoo and cold water. Allow to dry completely before replacing furniture. Use a quality rug underlay to prevent slipping and extend the life of the rug.
