The Chrome Rita is the patterned rug for rooms that hold their colour elsewhere. Its motifs are drawn in a close range of silver, grey and off-white, so the pattern reads as texture from across the room and as detail up close — busy enough to anchor a bohemian or eclectic setting, quiet enough not to argue with one.
Woven from polypropylene, it is soft underfoot and suited to the rooms that actually get walked through — lounge and bedroom included.
Choosing between the three sizes
The working rule for a lounge rug is that at least the front legs of every piece of seating should sit on it. The 230 × 160cm suits a single sofa with a coffee table; the 290 × 200cm lets a full lounge setting sit together on one rug; the 200 × 200cm square format suits a bedroom — positioned under the lower two-thirds of the bed — or a square sitting area.
