FAQs

What colours and configurations does the Nora come in?

Grey and Beige, in three configurations: Set of 3+2, the RHS Chaise alone, or RHS Chaise + 2 Seater.

How does the sofa bed convert?

The Nora converts to a bed for overnight guests — see this page's details for the mechanism, or try the conversion in one of our showrooms. Sofa beds are designed for occasional sleeping; for nightly use, a dedicated bed and mattress serves better long-term.

What does RHS chaise mean?

Right Hand Side — the chaise sits on your right as you face the lounge. Position it away from doorways and walkways so the extended seat doesn't block traffic through the room.

How do I care for the upholstery?

Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment and blot spills immediately — never rub or soak. Optional 5-Year Guardsman Protection is available for accidental damage cover.

How long does delivery take?

Metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney: delivery is calculated at checkout and typically arrives within 7 business days. Regional and interstate delivery is also available — standard shipping is calculated at checkout, and bulky items can be quoted via accounts@elegantcollections.com.au before ordering.
