Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry — no conditioning needed. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from sharp edges, and it will keep its finish for years.
Beige is the most forgiving anchor in the bedroom — it warms both crisp white coastal schemes and moodier charcoal palettes, and lets linen and cushions carry the colour.
No — bed frames are sold without mattresses unless stated otherwise on the page. Our Chiro and Comfort pocket spring mattresses pair in matching sizes.

Upholstered Bed Frames
Material & Care Guide
◆ Materials
|
Headboard: Statement upholstered headboard in premium velvet, boucle, or fabric — button-tufted or smooth panel design depending on model. Frame: Robust steel and solid hardwood base engineered for long-term stability and weight support. Slat base: Solid timber slats included — no separate bed base required. Compatible with all standard mattress types. Legs: Timber or powder-coated metal in your selected finish. Assembly: Straightforward assembly required — all tools and instructions included. Average assembly time: 30-45 minutes. |
◆ Care Instructions
|
Spot clean the headboard with a lightly dampened cloth and mild detergent — blot, do not rub. For velvet headboards: vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Steam lightly to restore pile if flattened. Avoid moisture, staining agents, and harsh cleaners near the upholstered headboard. Tighten all frame bolts every 6 months to maintain structural integrity. Do not stand or jump on the bed frame slats — this may cause cracking or warping. Protect the slat base by using a quality mattress — do not place weight directly on slats without a mattress. Wipe metal or timber legs with a dry cloth to remove dust. |
